Je me suis occupée de 2 services également. Le matin avec l'un et l'après midi avec l'autre. J'ai dû remplir une fonction très précise avec l'un des départements à savoir la recherche de factures non justifiées et ça a été un travail très délicat tant sur le plan relationnel que sur le plan professionnel. Mais cela permet de découvrir une autre facette de moi-même qui s'est avérée utile.

The Training Differed from the Actual Position

I had a horrible experience with the management due to discrimination that occurred with me. I loved the training process but the actual job duties were completely different when I had begun working on the platform. The manager is always in and out without any given notice and it was very difficult to get accustomed to the position since there wasn't any experienced bankers to ask questions to. I felt as if I was degraded on a daily basis. Alot of gossiping took place among the concierge tellers which was very immature. Last but not least, the computer system is very outdated and slow.

Colleagues were very helpful. Frequently changing supervisors , 3 supervisors in 3 years . So it's hara to build professional relationship with them for future references.Working hours are good.Working environment is good. Great place with benefits, the job isn’t hard honestly. Pay is very fair and you get raises annually, just sometimes understaffed but still not completely horrible! Employees are great but customers can be difficult! My manager always backs my team up!

If you want to grow and challenge yourself to maintain as a high performer working under stress and deadlines, go for it. Don't expect much 1:1 training, its always learn as you go. A moderate staff turnover because people move around to go to other departments locally or globally. You won't sit around doing nothing, taking vacation also requires a lot of planning so someone will cover you or you end up working during your timeoff. It sounds scary but its fun and rewarding if you want excitement and love a dynamic work experience.
