I was a challenge and interesting working for EMEA, Asia and Latam at the same time. The challenge is providing quality service to clients with the different time zones. The success of juggling my roles is what in total won me 5 awards over the years. I am a people's person. Making sure all my team mates are ok and always ready to step in for others despite my busy schedule when needed. I was the mother-figure in the team and even to others who were not directly in my team. I also enjoyed the client contact and got on very well with my clients. I was also the event organizer for the in-house recreational club for members and their families as well as the quiz mistress of the club.
