L'avis le plus utile, sélectionné par IndeedIt seemed good on paper but I regret having time spent there. I had the impression this is a normal swiss bank but it turned out it is mostly predatory lending wrapped with nice-looking advertisement and lots of paperwork. Work there was ok, nothing amazing. People were nice but few were passionate about the company's mission.I felt that interviewing after that position was harder. It feels like a stain on my CV.

Mühsame ProzesseArbeitskultur kommt irgendwie komisch rüberDie Arbeit ist im Widerspruch mit meinen Werten, das Kundenwohl ist nicht zentral. (Ich habe für mehrere Banken gearbeitet)

Except for very few managers, it's a good company. But like all banks, all initiatives and changes are not well considered.
Personal growth is impossible. The management tends to keep the status quo to protect themselves from the risks.

My impression was that work there was quite dull. Their products are not really inspiring and their processes are average at best. People were nice but the overall work culture was cold. I had the impression that few of the customers were actually happy with their service.
My personal experience overall was not bad but I did not liked the company and I felt somehow guilty to work there when I saw some of their overly positive advertisements...

giornata molto intensa ma lavoro gradevole e interessante - il contatto con la clientela è stata senz'altro la parte più interessate. La parte più impegnativa ... l'ambiente lavorativo veramente poco gradevole.

Der Arbeitgeber macht viel für die Mitarbeiter. Fitnessraum kostenlos, Kantine wo man ab CHF 5,- Vor- Haupt- und Nachspeise hat. Es werden keine Ueberstunden geleistet. Doch wie in jeder grossen Firma happert es an der Kommunikation. Gehaltmässig eher tief da der Sitz vom AG nach ZH verlegt worden ist aber die Gehälter auf AG-Niveau geblieben sind. Habe mich aber dort wohl gefühlt und die Firma mit einem weinenden Auge verlassen.
