In my case after 2 month post application someone from talent acquisition contacts the applicant to pre-screen, then a panel interview with the hiring manager and 3 more attendees via VC. After that, to obtain `feedback`, the applicant requires to contact someone else (who was not involved before at all) who does not give personal feedback, but indicates rejected or not, without giving specific reasons
