Not recommended

Massive passive-aggresive behaviors or simply aggressive. Unprofessional practices, no direction, no drive and a feeling that “nobody cares”. Too many politics and very complicated structure. Other than that good compensation and work-life balance.

Great brand, terrible management

Massive passive-aggressive culture, with accountability being non-existing and the ones that remain are those quickest to hide from the firing squad (literally!). The office are nice, the packages are good, and there are indeed a lot of nice people in the Swiss office. All makes you think that this is a great place. It isn't.
