Had fun working for flex. Lot of opportunities for advancement if you want. You will work hard for the money. Lot of VtOs are offered when no work. Paid time off and vacation hours are okay.

Good as a supplement to your main income

I worked for amazon flex for about 2 years.You don't get appreciated for doing hundreds of hours for them. It would be nice if the people who have been delivering the longest and have the best standing consistently would be given better blocks and have first picks.There is also periods of no work what so ever, like now in January, there's nothing.

Efficient

So far do good. Getting the routes completed before scheduled times without rushing. App interaction and delivery procedures are easy to handle. Would recommend

It's alright

It's ok there is alot of late night jobs that tend to go to the least nice areas of Louisville and kinda pushes me away from accepting those. People are friendly at the service station

This job requires you to drive to hub, pick up,organize, and deliver packages to Amazon customers.Amazon Flex is great for those who want to work parttime and make what low wage earners make fulltime.

Flex driver

Horrible job!!! The employees for customer service that work for Amazon flex are horrible and rude !!! The have you drive all the way here only for their internet not to work so your not able to sign in. No one can help or assist you it’s a very frustrating job I would not recommend this job to anyone.

Terrible employee support!

I have been driving for Amazon flex for quite some time and I’ve definitely noticed a pattern with driver app failures and technical difficulties that prove to be more hurtful than helpful to the delivery driver. Facility employee support is a joke, and if you do have an issue plan on raising your time on the phone with technical support for half an hour just for them to hang up on you! Plus you’ll also get the joy of wasting your TIME, MONEY, and WEAR AND TEAR on your vehicle just for them to waste your time and tell you to go home UNPAID when driver app technology malfunctions and doesn’t allow you to pick up your SCHEDULED block.

Easy and fast.

So this is more like college students or somebody that really doesn't want to work a set schedule and rather when they want. There training was good and the people really make you feel welcomed and really help with getting your tasked learned. As far as picking up shifts to work good luck with fighting for those with the constant new employees that are hired all the time. Theres way more employees then there is shifts so if your lucky you might catch one shift a week, but with that there is a minimum of hours that you must have in order to be stay employed or not catch tally towards your attendance. Overall it's not bad.

Blamed for poor app performance

Amazon flex app terrible crashes freezes doesn’t confirm things straight away maps terrible but you’ll get blamed for any issues & lo & behold went to do a block one morning & they’d revoked my deliveries & account just like that I appealed & told them theapp has issues but to no avail. Obviously no care for driver issues only care about job getting done.

self sufficient but alot of wear and tear on your vehicle

Working for them you get paid in a timely manner. however, please make sure you have regular maintenance on your car some of these areas that you deliver to are hard on your car tires and accessories. these are the things they don't always tell you. or may themselves be unaware of

Easy work just bad organization

Great side gig that can help with the bills, I would not do this full time as it will run your car to the ground. Overall, I saved enough to spend on the holidays for my family.

Great part time job! Choose your two hour blocks and receive $30 for the block plus tips. It’s very competitive and can be hard to get blocks, but worth it when you do.

Best side gig only if you can get blocks. Fresh deliveries pay well due to tips but impossible to get without using apps. Amazon doesn’t care as long as they get drivers to deliver.

Amazon flex driver

I like the flexibility that this position affords me. You make your own schedule and hours. The downside is that the route they give you doesn’t make sense according to the pick area… sometimes you have to drive super far and that isn’t fun. The app isn’t the greatest and is very buggy.
