journée très chargée grande opportunité de développement management un peu compliqué bon lieu de travail trop de stress convivialité entre collègues
prix de la cantine réduit pour les salariés
trop de stress
My typical working day consist of meetings (internally and externally with suppliers), design reviews and preparing project/product documentation. I learned a lot about Power Plants. Management and colleagues are very friendly and open for sharing knowledge.
Managing people, guide them and help them to do better their job by following rule. Negotiating contract and claim with supplier Finding solution to day to day issues
5 managers for each engineer... the departments are like silos and each department blames the other for delays in project execution. cover ur a** and blame the other culture. politics is entrenched. the sales people are lazy and not aggressive enough. all speeches of business leaders that I attended were really boring. not a visionary company.
HR doesnt give a ***** about u, they treat u like a head of cattle

A very good team work. I have learned and improved my knowledge about the company and about our work as well. There are too much work for a small team but we have worked together in a good direction.
good environment for work
Field commissioning in power plants is not for everyone. It can be physically challenging, with high pressure to deliver on time, requiring all the multitasking and flexibility one can muster. Variety in scale, systems and technical disciplines from mechanical/electrical to process logic optimization means one is constantly on a fast learning curve. Quite a lot of freedom and responsibility is usually given by management as long as objectives are met. Overall great atmosphere on site where people from all over the world work together on large projects towards a same goal. The hardest part of the job is not being able to plan one's personal life (i.e. holidays, seeing family and friends) because project circumstances dictate the length of the working day/week which can extend without notice. It's a great opportunity to live abroad and move regularly. Overall a very engaging job means most working days are satisfying. One's role in the project becomes obvious just from looking at the scenery - what was empty land just a few months back has turned into a running, state-of-the art power plant!
Challenge, pay, travel
Physically demanding, pushes personal life aside
As a asst Project Engineer I really enjoyed working in this company.
Amélioration software et hardware du métro driverless. Analyse des logs de divers équipements lors des pannes. Correction et dépannage. Intervention dans le core du système avec outils controlbuild.Suivi technique et administratif quotidien des 15 rames du métro M2 de Lausanne.
I had great experience working for several years in professional team with established processes and learned few of them for my future. Friendly environment and good atmosphere is there. Also I have to say that connection to the final result was not visible for me. I think dinosaurs of corporate living in MNCs found out success algorithm : do minimum of required and move to the next position in 2 years to push up your salary. Playing sports with big bosses will support your career more than anything you deliver.
friendly team, great flexibility
you can bring millions but will not be rewarded unless you are preffered one.
Challenge was creating a unified working environment in a muti-cultural environment. Satisfaction was making this a success with various initiatives.
