Highly political environment If you are a kind of person who can play politics only then you can survive here. If you are just technical and only care about doing your job , it wont work out. Many junkies hanging around there for years if french team don't like you, then you are screwed pretty much.
Many technical and cultural activities are conducted in the office for all employees to participate Many tools are used for the work and many things can be learnt simultaneously.

Overall company is better. Neither a product based nor service based company. No growth. No grooming of employees Individual contributor roles are better
No work in weekends and holidays
No women empowerment. No flexibility in office hours
This company will soon be sold to Siemens or my some MNC in railway domain. No leadership growth in India. All the enpowered roles will be with french team and India will be operation center for lifetime as per the strategy. People who do not expect any growth can join the company.
You get salary and hike on time
People will be fired, if they ask for growth opportunities. No long term strategy in place
Drastically change in managements. Salary increments are good. Overseas site allowances & facility needs to improve. SCADA future is not sure to stay into the company
