I really liked the work-life balance, and the support I received from the supervisors and also colleagues. The canteen food is not the best, so bringing food once in a while is advisable.

Challenging and interesting environment

In general fast moving environment with attractive challenges and opportunities at my present job. People and colleagues are friendly and supportive. Preparing meetings and conferences by setting up technical gadgets and HUBs etc. I am the first apporach for helping for the needs of our costumers clientel (internal/external). Enviroment in my job is challenging but gives me a lot of satisfaction. I really love my job, but appresciate also the challenge to contribute on building up a new company.

Die Aufaben sind sehr vielseitig und spannend. Wenn das Team stimmt kann sehr gut miteinander gearbeitet werden und die Projekten sind auch sehr interessant was auch Willen gibt es noch besser zu machen. Nicht perfekt aber sehr gute kollegiale Zusammenarbeit wo ebenfalls Dinge einfacher macht wenn es Probleme gibt sei es bei der Aufgabe oder was auch immer. Bezüglich Termineinhaltung von Aufträge etc. müsste nach meiner Sicht wie eine Strategie entwickelt werden wo bei jeden Aufträge oder Projekte die Schwierigkeiten und Hindernisse erkennen könnte, wo zu einer Verzögerung des Auftrags führen könnte und es dann vermieden werden sollte. Am schwierigsten war vor allem die Terminplanung für Aufträge wo wiederum eingehalten werden sollten. Ebenfalls durch das Fehlen von Material wo meisten dazu führte, dass Aufträge nicht ganz fertig gemacht werden konnte oder man gar nicht anfangen konnte. ABB fand ich persönlich vergliechen mit allen anderen Arbeitsgeber bei dem ich bisher gearbeitet habe am besten. Man kann wenn man den Willen hat sich entfalten und sehr viel erreichen. Auch ist es möglich wenn man nicht nur um Geld zu verdienen tätig ist sehr viel mitwirken.

Erfahrener Profis sollten diese Firma meiden. Langjähriger Mitarbeiter werden Verhältnissmässig unterdurchschnittlich belohnt und dabei komplett ausgenutzt. Stress und Chaos sind die Tagesordnung da die "Führung" seit Jahren kein Plan hat.

fake abb contracts, not fully integrated member of ABB. Management has lack of transparency, honesty and does not care about employees. Regardless of good revenues employees get almost nothing as reward of hard work. Small, poorly organized factory hidden behind the name of ABB.
