Je travaillais en totale autonomie comme une indépendante sans portefeuille, sans collègues et sans management, j'étais ma propre entreprise, j'ai tout appris concernant les assurances sur le terrain et j'ai construis un réseau via ma prospection dans "le dur" et la recommandation.
Concernant la note du PDG d'Axa Winterthur, je n'ai pas compris pourquoi je devais évaluer un PDG d'une ancienne entreprise et je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de parler avec lui:)
Salaire fixe très faible et beaucoup de travail afin de développer ses revenus de manière exponentielle.
Possibilité de gagner sa vie dans de très bonne conditions après 2 à 3 ans d investissent personnel.
- searching for customer lisiting by various methods (internet, friends, street....)- Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation, for one product, life insurance- follow up with appointment in person.- take initiative to develop my knowledge of the product, because limited internal training.- I learned to manage my time, and about the 3 rd pillar- lack of team work.- the hardest part of the job was to find any customer number without any help from the companythe most enjoyable part of the job was that the agency let the team manage their own timing and organisation but still have a weekly review.
