Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten im häuslichen Umfeld und arbeitest dabei selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst. Du planst und führst pflegerische Massnahmen durch, dokumentierst fachgerecht und berätst Klientinnen, Klienten sowie Angehörige. Als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF /FH trägst du zur Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität bei und arbeitest eng mit externen Fachpersonen zusammen. In der Stellvertretung der Leitung Pflegedienst unterstützt du bei organisatorischen Aufgaben, der Einsatzplanung sowie bei der fachlichen Begleitung des Pflegeteams und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der MINI Spitex mit.
