As an HR Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our organization, serving as a key partner to both employees and leadership. You will ensure the seamless delivery of HR services, drive organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights, and lead projects that shape our culture and future. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of compliance and employee engagement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effective HR Data Coordinator & Advisor for specific department(s)
  • First point of contact for Employee Relations: mastering and driving independently employee experience elements, such as employee relations, relocation & expats, performance management systems, recognition programs, capability building etc., to enable a performance culture, clear and effective policies, systems, and processes that support Business strategies and enable employee peak performance
  • Data Reporting, by providing regular and ad-hoc data reports with insights
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders and for wide audiences
  • Involvement in various other organizational projects and initiatives
  • Stewardship and Compliance in relation with the Swiss regulations
