Description du poste

We’re opening a new restaurant in Luzern, right next to the main train station, serving authentic Japanese noodle bowls: ramen and udon made with care. We’re looking for a motivated service team member to join our opening team.

Start date: 4 January 2027
Workload: Full-time (100%)

Your tasks

  • Welcome guests in a Japanese hospitality way and guide them through our menu
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile
  • Keep the dining area, counter and tables clean and well presented
  • Handle payments and support smooth daily operations
  • Help build the service routines as part of our opening team

What we’re looking for

  • Real interest in Japanese food and culture, and a wish to learn
  • Motivation, reliability and a team-player attitude
  • A friendly, positive attitude towards guests and to the team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Service experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you.
  • Confident in German and/or English to communicate with guests and the team

Conditions

  • 5 days a week, split shifts
  • During the opening period, the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. Later we will open Monday to Saturday, with one rotating day off per week.

Please note: We cannot sponsor visas. You must be a European citizen or already hold a Swiss B or C permit. We cannot support relocation or help with finding accommodation.
