About the role
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the Medical and Anti-Doping Department of a sports organization.
As part of a dynamic and passionate team of 15 people, you will play a central role in the day-to-day success of our medical programs. The organization is currently rolling out a brand-new, innovative digital platform designed to centralize and track the health data of European players and clubs. As an operational facilitator, your day-to-day work will be varied and stimulating: you will support platform users, help organize the department’s major events, and ensure compliance with medical regulations.
Work tasks
This role involves a blend of daily administrative management, specialized regulatory documentation, and complex event logistics to support the organization's medical and anti-doping initiatives.
- Manage the Medical Department inbox and route queries related to the medical platform
- Handle administrative processes including e-procurement via SAP and time management systems
- Prepare and track documents for medical regulations and platform-related materials
- Manage and update documentation using the Author-It system
- Coordinate logistics for committee meetings and symposiums, including travel and venues
- Track project actions, timelines, and deliverables for platform initiatives
- Provide logistical support for major tournament finals and youth league competitions
We are looking for
- Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or event logistics
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of SAP or e-procurement systems
- Interest in medicine or anatomy
