Für unser neues Café an der Brauerstrasse in Zürich, das im August eröffnet, suchen wir motivierte Teammitglieder, die gemeinsam mit uns etwas Besonderes aufbauen möchten.

Unser Konzept verbindet Specialty Coffee mit hausgemachter Pâtisserie mit asiatisch-philippinischem Twist. Von Sonntag bis Mittwoch öffnen wir zusätzlich am Abend für Afterwork-Drinks.

Barista / Service / Bar (40–80%)

Als Teil unseres kleinen Teams bist du ein echter Allrounder und übernimmst verschiedene Aufgaben im Caféalltag.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Öffnen oder Schliessen des Cafés
  • Zubereitung von Specialty Coffee
  • Zubereitung von Drinks und Aperitif-Angeboten
  • Gästeservice und Betreuung unserer Kundschaft
  • Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Essen und Patisserie falls nötig

Das bringst du mit:

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Barista und/oder im Service
  • Freude am Gästekontakt
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Flexibilität
  • Interesse an Kaffee, Gastronomie und Gastfreundschaft
  • Deutsch und/ oder English

Bäcker:in / Pâtissier·ère (50%)

Du bist verantwortlich für die Herstellung unserer Backwaren und Pâtisserie-Produkte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Produktion von Pâtisserie und Backwaren
  • Herstellung von laminierten Teigen, Cremes und Füllungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Konsistenz

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Bäckerei oder Pâtisserie
  • Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität und Freude an neuen Ideen
  • Deutsch und / oder English

For our new café on Brauerstrasse in Zurich, opening in August, we are looking for motivated team members who want to help us build something special from the ground up.

Our concept combines specialty coffee with house-made pâtisserie featuring Asian and Filipino influences. From Sunday to Wednesday, we will also be open in the evenings for after-work drinks and aperitifs.

Barista / Service / Bar (40–80%)

As part of our small team, you will be a true all-rounder and take on a variety of responsibilities in the daily operation of the café.

Your Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the café
  • Preparing specialty coffee beverages
  • Preparing drinks and aperitif offerings
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Supporting daily operations and general café tasks
  • Assisting with food and pâtisserie preparation when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a barista and/or in hospitality service is preferred
  • A passion for customer service and guest interaction
  • An independent, reliable, and proactive work style
  • Team spirit and flexibility
  • An interest in coffee, hospitality, and great food
  • German and/or English language skills

As we are a small team, we are looking for people who enjoy getting involved, taking initiative, and contributing across different areas of the business.

Baker / Pastry Chef (50%)

You will be responsible for producing our range of baked goods and pâtisserie items.

Your Responsibilities

  • Production of pâtisserie and baked goods
  • Preparation of laminated doughs, creams, fillings, and other pastry components
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

  • Experience in baking and/or pâtisserie
  • A passion for high-quality products and craftsmanship
  • An independent and organized work style
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new ideas
  • German and/or English language skills
